I currently work as a design lead at The Routing Company where I work on our mobile apps, lead all company-wide design efforts, and help with product strategy.

In my current full-time role, I was hired as the first designer to lead all of our design efforts. I spend most of my time working on our core products, helping with product strategy, and managing all external design resources.
2019 - 2021
In a previous full-time role, I was hired as the third product designer to work on the account administration of the core product. During my time here, I also worked on growth related projects and led a re-design of our core feature.

In my spare time, I work with early-late stage startups helping with a variety of design needs ranging from 0-1 product design, establishing early design systems, and executing on existing feature work.
